The Vybe shock sensor provides ideal perimeter protection to any building. The unit houses a fully sealed piezo element which has the ability to distinguish between the frequencies of everyday vibrations and those made by an attempted break-in. It is suitable for installation on window frames, doors and walls and can detect vibration through wood, metal, glass, brick, uPVC and other building materials, ensuring the alarm is triggered before entry has been made, leaving house contents unaffected. The sensitivity ofthe Vybe can be adjusted for the required application and when correctly installed should never give a false alarm.

The Pro-Vybe incorporates alarm latching and microcontroller technology to form a more versatile professional vibration detector. The unit has a higher capacity to distinguish between everyday vibrations and those made by an attempted break-in. This is achieved by the double-knock facility which only activates the alarm when the sensor receives two trigger vibrations within any six second period. The alarm will respond to one trigger if it is above a user definable threshold. The Pro-Vybe's set-up mode displays the analysed vibrations as LED pulses relating to the status of the alarm. The installer can then interpret these pulses and adjust the sensitivity accordingly, leading to a quicker, more precise installation.
