Delivery
Orders can be delivered to any residential, commercial or industrial address based in the United Kingdom.
Delivery is charged at £6.50+VAT if the order is below £95.00+VAT, Delivery is FREE on all order over £95.00+VAT
Our aim is to deliver all UK orders within 3 working days, most orders will arrive next day but this is not guaranteed. It is advised that you call the sales office if you need any items urgently to check stock availability and to ensure that we can accommodate your requirements.

Returns
Goods that are received damaged must be reported to within 24 hours of receipt. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) to be sent back with the damaged product(s). We will either exchange the damaged goods or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return an item purchased from our website catalogue, contact us for a RAN and return within 14 days of the delivery date together with all original packaging in a saleable condition and a refund less 15% returns charge (excluding vat) will be provided.
Non stock items can not be authorised for return until we have authorisation from the manufacturer and may well be subject to an additional manufacturers re-stocking charge. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage or carriage.
